1st Stage: between the year of 2008 to 2015 Mr.Sujeet Ghosh has given his full potential to all the organizations wherever he was working, to increase his theorical, technical as well as practical knowledge in various business field.

2nd stage: in the year of 2016 Mr.Sujeet has launches his own Brand called "MacKwiN". with the help to this huge experience, he starts serving his best products and services in the domestic (Indian) markets

3rd stage: from the year 2021 he takes up his brand "MacKwiN" from Domestic to Global Markets, and he start his 1st Global Company called "MacKwiN Chemicals Uganda Limited" located in East Africa called "Uganda" and start Importing & Exporting and Trading of Agro Chemicals & other Industrial Chemicals.
